Terry K. Hatfield, CHA
CEO
HotelMax
Hospitality Network
Mr. Hatfield has spent his entire 30-year career in the
hospitality industry and continues to
serve as a hospitality leader with
outstanding industry perspective and
expertise. His hotel and condo-hotel
experience runs the gamut from General
Manager, Regional Directors of
Operations, Vice President of Business
Development, Vice President of
Operations, Chief Operating Officer and
Chief Executive Officer to independent
Developer and Online Marketing
Executive. While representing
hospitality corporations such as Western
Inn, Inc., High Country Corporation,
Rocky Mountain Hospitality and
Hospitality Marketing and Management,
Mr. Hatfield has gained respect as one
of the innovative leaders within the
industry.
With a B.S. in Management, Mr. Hatfield has served on several
boards, associations, industry
leadership groups and charitable
organizations throughout his career,
including the prestigious International
Arts & Film Foundation for Children,
Children’s Miracle Marketing Network and
many others. He currently serves as an
ongoing speaker and mentor with The
Executive Committee (TEC) and gives
monthly seminars on “management by
objective” along with the
corporate-level and inn-level business
planning process.
Mr. Hatfield is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesman and is a
board member of two hotel development
companies, including the HotelVestor
Hospitality Network. He is also the
founder of several online travel
companies and related travel sites,
including HotelMotelRates.com LLC and
Hotel-Rates.com.
James I. Chakir, CHA
VP, Director of Operations
HotelMax Hospitality Network
Experience with successfully managing
all aspects of hotel management
including implementing policy,
selecting, managing and training staff;
developing and managing the departmental
budget and monthly financial statements;
establishing and monitoring productivity
goals; and leading cross-functional
teams on key projects. Proven leadership
skills gained from experience of
managing multiple hotels throughout
career as well as handling multiple
projects including refurbishments,
transitions of hotel brand and
conversion of hotel ownership.
Certified by the Educational Institute
of the American Hotel & Motel
Association in all facets of Hospitality
Operations. Certified by The American
Hotel and Lodging Association, Hilton,
Choice Hotels International and Cendant.
Certified by the Institute of Certified
Travel Agents (ICTA) as a travel agent.
Mr. Chakir has worked with several
franchise and independent Companies
including Prime Hospitality, Connor
Hospitality, Hilton Hotels, Wyndham
Hotel Group, and Choice Hotels
International.
Rand Hunt, CAM
VP, HotelMax Hospitality Network
CEO, HotelMax Realty
Mr. Hunt is an entrepreneurial executive
with several years experience in the
hospitality and real estate fields with
strong emphasis on internet sales and
marketing. With motivational management
skills and success in identifying
opportunities for accelerated growth,
Mr. Hunt has had experience with
transitional and day-to-day hotel and
resort operations and management.
Mr. Hunt is a Florida Certified
Association Manager and coordinates the
homeowners association side of
condo-hotel projects. Through HotelMax
Realty, Mr. Hunt stays active in the
arena of hospitality real estate, is
experienced with hospitality real estate
investment analysis and is working
towards CCIM designation.
Alysia Bruno
VP, Sales & Marketing
HotelMax Hospitality Network
With a strong background in marketing
and the hospitality industry, Ms. Bruno
is responsible for all inn-level
Director of Sales activities as well as
corporate and hotel level marketing
plans, revenue management and
sales/marketing action plans and is also
responsible for corporate and hotel
level budgets and performance.
Ms. Bruno has had great success as
Director of Sales for several prominent
hotels throughout the country including
The Garden City Hotel in New York and
the Tampa Marriott Westshore among
others.
Ms. Bruno has been with HotelMax
Hospitality Network since 2008.
James E. Baldock CHA, CRDE, CPFM
Mr. Baldock has more than fifteen years
experience in the hospitality industry
and brings with him a strong command of
the day-to-day needs of hotel
operations. A skilled hospitality
operations management professional, Mr.
Baldock has served as General Manager
for several hotel franchises and has had
experience running his own hospitality
management company.
Mr. Baldock contributes his complete
familiarity of all facets of hotel,
restaurant and lounge operations to the
HotelMax Hospitality Network. Mr.
Baldock has had experience with the
operation of properties in the U.S.,
Canada and the Caribbean.
